Want to bring more flow—and stoke—to your next ride? Join us for a fun, laid-back session on wheel lifts and track stands!
Join us at Bauhaus Brew Labs for a Stöke Session focused on Party Skills—a.k.a., wheel lifts and track stands!
**This session is open to ALL riders who have previously had skills instruction or are familiar with the mountain biking basics. Space is limited to 10 participants.**
What to expect: Wheel lifts and track stands aren't just for looks—they can bring more flow to your riding.
In this two-hour session held in Bauhaus' roomy back parking lot, you'll learn and practice three types of wheel lifts and the track stand. You'll get instruction from a BICP Level 2-certified instructor along with video feedback. From breaking down the movements required for these complex skills to giving you plenty of opportunities to work on timing (CRUSHING CANS!), we'll help you bring the party to the trail!
Following the session, we'll gather on the Bauhaus patio to share the stoke and open the floor for Q&A. You'll have the chance to ask about skills, trail etiquette, gear and more. Your registration fee includes an ice cold, delicious Bauhaus beverage (N/A and gluten-free options available).
When: Wednesday, June 24, from 6-8 p.m.
Registration opens at 5:30 p.m.; we ask all riders to roll up by 5:45 p.m. to sign a waiver and affix a name plate to their bike. Free parking is available in Bauhaus' main and back lots.
Where: Bauhaus Brew Labs
Cost: $75
