Ready to conquer the wooden roll down in the Back 40 expert section? We'll break down the skills so you can confidently send it.
Join us on Sunday, July 26, for a Stöke Session built around one specific feature: the wooden roll down at the entrance to the Back 40 expert section.
**This Stöke Session is open to intermediate-level riders (i.e., you're comfortable on our local blue and black trails) who have previously had MTB skills instruction. Space is limited to 8 participants.**
What to expect: If you know this feature, you KNOW—it is steep and intimidating. In this session, we'll break down the skills you need to confidently ride this and other steep rolls. You'll practice skills in a controlled environment under the guidance of two BICP Level 2-certified instructors (a.k.a. the Stöke Sisters, Lisa & Leigh) before we take it to the trail for sessioning...and next-level stoke.
When: Sunday July 26, 2-4pm
Registration opens at 1:30 p.m.; we ask all riders to roll up by 1:45 p.m. to sign a waiver and affix a name plate to their bike.
Where: Theodore Wirth Regional Park
Cost: $95
Questions? Not sure if this Stöke Session is right for you? Let's talk! Send us an email at info@stoke-mtb, and we'd be happy to answer any questions you have.
