Stöke Session: Staple Skills @ Padraigs Brewing

Whether you're looking for a refresh on the fundamentals or an intro to mountain biking, this Stöke Session is for you.

Come join us for a Tuesday evening Stöke Session on the staple skills (a.k.a. the fundamentals) of mountain biking. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting out, this session is perfect for upping your confidence and control on the singletrack.

**This session is open to ALL riders of all abilities. Space is limited to 8 participants.**

What to expect

In this two-hour session held on Padraigs's urban oasis-style patio, you'll learn and safely practice proper body (and foot) positioning, ways to handle changing terrain, braking techniques, and more—all under the guidance of two BICP-certified instructors.

Following the session, we'll gather on the Padraigs patio to share the stoke and open the floor for Q&A. You'll have the chance to ask us about skills, trail etiquette, gear and more. Your registration fee includes a delicious Padraigs craft brew or other beverage (GF and NA options available).

When to arrive

Registration opens at 5:30 p.m.; we ask all riders to roll up by 5:45 p.m. to sign a waiver and affix a name plate to their bike. Free parking is available in the Broadway building's parking lot.
