Staple Skills @ Bauhaus

If you've never had formal mountain biking skills instruction or need a refresher on the basics, this Stöke Session is for you!

Come join the Stöke Sisters at Bauhaus Brew Labs in northeast Minneapolis on Monday, July 17, from 6–8 p.m. for a special Stöke Session focused on the fundamentals of mountain biking—the Staple Skills you need to shred singletrack!

**This session is open to ALL riders of all abilities. Space is limited to 12 participants.**

In this two-hour session held in Bauhaus' roomy back parking lot, you'll learn and safely practice skills ranging from body (and foot!) positioning to moving around on the bike, all under the guidance of two BICP Level 2 certified instructors, Lisa and Leigh.

Following the session, we'll gather on the Bauhaus patio to share the stoke and open the floor for Q&A. You'll have the chance to ask us about skills, trail etiquette, gear and more. Your registration fee includes a tasty Bauhaus beverage (N/A and gluten-free options available).

Registration opens at 5:30 p.m.; we ask all riders to roll up by 5:45 p.m. to sign a waiver and affix a name plate to their bike.
