Stöke Session: Intro to Rock Gardens

If you're getting hung up in rock gardens or aren't sure how to attempt them, this Stöke Session is for you!

During this session, we'll break down the skills you need to confidently navigate rock gardens. We're talking body positioning, pedal-stroke strategy, line choice, and more. You'll practice the components of each skill in the grass or skills park before taking it to the trail for sessioning—all under the guidance of two BICP Level 2 certified instructors.

This Stöke Session is for riders who have previously had formal skills instruction—i.e., you've completed our Staple Skills, MTB Skills 101, or a similar clinic or lesson . To get the most out of this session, we recommend that you're comfortable riding blue-rated trails.

Not sure if this Stöke Session is right for you? Let's talk! Send us an email at info@stoke-mtb, and we'd be happy to answer any questions you have.
