Stöke Session: Advanced Technical Descending

If you're looking to build your confidence on steep and technical sections of trail, this Stöke Session is for you!

During this session, we'll break down the skills you need to confidently (and smoothly!) pilot your bike down steep, technical terrain. First, you'll practice the components of each skill in the grass. Then, you'll take it to an advanced (black-rated) trail for sessioning—all under the guidance of two BICP Level 2 certified instructors.

This advanced-level Stöke Session is for riders who have previously had formal skills instruction—i.e., you've completed our MTB Skills 101 or an equivalent skills course—and would like to increase their control and confidence on black-rated (advanced) descents.

Space is limited to 8 riders—register today!

When: Monday, June 5, 6–8 p.m.

Registration opens at 5:30 p.m.; we ask all riders to roll up by 5:45 p.m. to sign a waiver and affix a name plate to their bike.

Where: Battle Creek Regional Park (Recreation Center)

Cost: $80
